Uzbek food in Lviv, cooked by chefs from Uzbekistan
All our chefs are from Uzbekistan, so we cook the way they cook back home: plov over a wood fire, samsa in a tandoor, lagman with hand-pulled noodles. No shortcuts.
Who we are
Andijan is named after a city in the Fergana Valley of Uzbekistan. We keep every dish authentic: we cook every day with the same ingredients and spices as back home.
It is more than delivery: it is a food trip to the heart of Uzbekistan. Visit our dining room or order to your home or office anywhere in Lviv.
What matters to us
- Wood-fired plov
Cooked in a real cast-iron kazan over an open fire. That is where the aroma comes from: a stove cannot give it.
- Tandoor samsa
Baked in a clay oven, like at the bazaars of Uzbekistan: crisp pastry, juicy filling.
- Chefs from Uzbekistan
All our chefs are from Uzbekistan: they cook to home recipes and keep the traditional taste. Our suppliers bring us the spices for plov.
- A fully halal kitchen
We slaughter our own lamb and veal; our chicken is halal-certified. No pork, no alcohol.
- A dining room
You can eat in: come with family, friends or colleagues.
- Delivery and pickup
We deliver across Lviv, or you can pick up. Order on the website, by phone or in Telegram.
