Delivery and payment
We deliver hot within 17 km of the restaurant by road. The fee depends on the distance; the site shows the exact amount as soon as you choose an address.

Distance is measured by road, not in a straight line. We do not deliver beyond 17 km, but you can collect the order yourself.
Delivery time
We are open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. Cooking and delivery usually take 45–75 minutes, depending on how busy the kitchen and the roads are.
You can order for the nearest time or for a set hour. Orders for today are accepted until 21:45; later orders are delivered the next day. If the restaurant is still closed, we take the order for the first available time after opening.
Pickup
You can collect your order at 8 Sknylivskyi Lane (8-й Скнилівський провулок), Lviv. There is no minimum amount for pickup.
Payment
- Cash to the courier on receipt, or at the restaurant for pickup.
- Online by Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The payment goes through the WayForPay gateway.
Card details are processed on the payment provider's secure servers. We do not store payment information.
Signed-in guests can pay part of the dishes total with bonuses. Bonuses are a discount for orders on this website: they cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. The full terms are in the public offer (in Ukrainian).
If the courier cannot reach you
If the courier arrives but the customer does not answer or is not at the address, a repeat delivery is at the customer's expense.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel an order free of charge within 3 minutes of placing it: call +38 (068) 750 0606. Once cooking has started, we keep the actual costs. Details are on the “Cancellation and refunds” page (in Ukrainian).
