There is no need: there is no pork or alcohol in the kitchen, so the whole kitchen, the cookware and the grill are halal.

The whole menu: wood-fired plov, samsa, manti, lagman, shurpa, mastava, shashlik, lula kebab, kazan kebab, salads and desserts.
